At least eight persons of a same family were mysteriously killed here on Tuesday in Johar Town, Lahore.
According source, three real brothers named Rasheed, Shahid and Majeed with five other family members including women and children were stabbed to death in Johar Town area. The accused managed to flee from the scene after the incident.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the scene after receiving information of the incident. The dead bodies would be shifted to Jinnah Hospital for medico legal procedure after identification.
According to police, preliminary investigation revealed that it seems to be a case of personal enmity instead of robbery or target killing.
