GUJRANWALA: A Gujranwala judge has approved a petition against Jang and Geo group for hearing.
Airing a blasphemous programme in the morning show sparked uproar against Geo television channel while protest rallies against the media house were held across the country.
Additional sessions judge Gujranwala approved a petition against Geo for hearing and summoned Mir Shakil-ur-Rehman, programme host Shaista Lodhi, Actress Veena Malik and her husband Asad Bashir Khattak for hearing on May 29th.
