A loud explosion has been heard in Rawalpindi resulting 4 dead and 14 person badly injured. The explosion has reportedly occurred near an Imambargah Isna Ashri.
Initial reports suggest that the explosion material was planted in motorcycle. Reports also suggest that several vehicles within the vicinity of the blast have been damaged.
An emergency has been declared at hospital's in Rawalpindi in the aftermath of the explosion.
