CNG filling stations in Lahore region were closed on Monday as the outlets reopened after a six day load shedding.
The Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Ltd (SNGPL) has decided to provide the fuel only one day a week in Pothohar region of Punjab. However, the day of CNG’s availability is not yet announced.
Extraordinary long queues of vehicles were witnessed at all CNG stations of the provincial metropolis on Sunday when gas sale was opened. But despite three day weekly load shedding, the government has extended the closure to six days under different pretexts and without prior announcement.
