Nawaz Sharif says the victory in by-elections shows people’s confidence in PML-N.
LAHORE: Nawaz Sharif said this in a luncheon hosted in the honour of newly elected MPs of PML-N in the by-elections in Punjab.
Speaking on this occasion, Nawaz said that constant struggle was required to make Pakistan a prosperous country once again. He urged the party workers to start preparing for the upcoming elections without wasting time.
Nawaz expressed the hope that the PML-N would win the upcoming elections with a two-third majority because of the commitment of its workers. PML-N would take all possible steps to resolve the problems faced by the country, he said.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, on the occasion, said the victory in the by-polls had demonstrated the masses’ confidence in the policy of merit.
