ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) Leader Parvez Elahi said on Monday that the life of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri’s life is endangered, that's why he asked army for help.
Talking to media here, Elahi said that Qadri thinks that the Punjab government would attack him. “Tahirul Qadri has been passing fatwas against terrorist organizations, hence he faces threats”, he told media.
The PML-Q leader criticized the PML-N government, saying all are acting like Gullu Butt in the government. “We thought Nawaz Sharif had learnt from previous mistakes but he hasn’t”, he added.
