Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has on withdrew order seeking details of slain Benazir Bhutto’s income detail.
As per details garnered, a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar resumed hearing of the review petition filed Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
Giving argument, Zardari’s counsel claimed SC’s order tantamount to trial on BB’s grave.
Later, the apex court withdrew the order while directing to submit details of assets owned by PPP co-chairman and former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari.
