Information Minister says the commission should investigate issue from 1996-07 when even not a single unit of electricity was added to system
Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has underlined the need for formation of a commission pinpoint those responsible for the power crisis.
Addressing a function in Islamabad‚ he said the commission should investigate the issue right from the year 1996 to 2007 when even not a single unit of electricity was added to the system.
The information Minister said the Government has added electricity to the system but not visible due to increase in power demand by 5 to 6 percent per annum.
The Minister said the Government has resolved several issues despite various challenges‚ pressures and problems.
Qamar Zaman Kaira urged the people to elect right people for the right job.
