Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N), after its victory in the general elections, began holding meetings in Raiwind on Tuesday with successful independent candidates to form a government. Independent candidates will soon announce joining PML-N.
In Punjab, PML-N has bagged more than 200 seats out of total 297. It doesn’t require the support of any other party now to form government in Punjab.
PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif had constituted two high-powered committees on Monday; one to file a report on the Centre, Balochistan and Sindh, while the second focusing Punjab.
