    Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Thursday called on Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khurshid Shah and discussed with him the current political situation.

    During the meeting, the AML chief discussed with Shah different option to pressure the Prime Minister to resign.

    They also mulled over requisitioning the National Assembly session to discuss the JIT report and Panama leaks case.

    Talking to media after the meeting, Sheikh Rashid said called for uniting opposition on one point agenda of Prime Minister’s resignation.

    He added that Khurshid Shah had also agreed on uniting the opposition in wake of the current situation.

    The AML chief said that the Prime Minister had no option but to resign. He added that corruption was proved against the Sharif family.
