President has reiterated Pakistan's political‚ moral & diplomatic support to Kashmiris for right to self-determination
President Asif Ali Zardari has drawn attention of the global community towards the plight of the Kashmiri people and resolution of the lingering Kashmir dispute.
Talking to Chairman All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Omar Farooq in New York he urged international community to focus its attention towards the plight of Kashmiri who have been waging a legitimate struggle for their right to self-determination for over six decades.
He said Pakistan believes that result-oriented and uninterrupted dialogue process with India would greatly help create a conducive environment to find permanent solution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Kashmir.
The APHC chairman thanked President Zardari for continued support to Kashmiri people in their struggle for self-determination.
Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar‚ Ambassador Sherry Rehman and Ambassador Masood Khan were also present during the meeting.
