Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has reiterated the commitment of the government to provide every possible assistance for the rehabilitation of Afghan refugees.
He was talking to Minister for States and Frontier Region Engineer Shaukatullah and MNA Asma Arbab Alamgir who called on him in Islamabad today.
The Prime Minister said that despite meagre resources Pakistan has been hosting nearly three million refugees and providing basic amenities to them. They are getting education in our institutions and doing business here.
Minister for SAFRON apprised the Prime Minister about the steps taken by UNHCR for repatriation of Afghan refugees.
