Prime Minister has reiterated Pakistan's commitment to continue political diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination
Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that resolution of the core issue of Jammu and Kashmir is vital for sustainable peace in South Asia.
He was addressing the 47th Session of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan's principled stand on Kashmir dispute and reiterated its commitment to continue political‚ diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmiri people in securing their right of self-determination.
Prime Minister said that he firmly believes that the dialogue is the only way to resolve all the outstanding issues including Kashmir.
He said that confidence building measures are being taken to resolve the Kashmir issue.
Raja Pervez Ashraf said that Kashmir issue was raised forcefully in the recently held Secretary level talks with India. He stressed that the dialogue should be result-oriented and meaningful.
