Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were directed to appear in NAB Rawalpindi at 10 am today in the case of 190 million pounds received from the National Crime Agency, UK. Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi did not appear in NAB.
In the notice issued by NAB, it was said that legal action will be taken on Imran Khan's absence.
NAB Rawalpindi ordered Imran Khan to appear before the Combined Investigation Team at 10 am and sought freezing orders of 190 million pounds, all donations to Al-Qadri University and records of donors to the trust.
The Accountability Bureau has also directed to submit the records of correspondence between Al-Qadir Trust and the accused's company to the British Crime Agency besides the trust deed.
On the other hand, NAB Rawalpindi has also summoned former Special Assistant Accountability Shahzad Akbar on May 22.
