Ahsan Mohsin Ikram expressed outrage after one of his solar panels was damaged due to aerial firing and warned that he would lodge FIRs against those involved.
Taking to his Instagram stories, he wrote: “One of my solar panels has been damaged by aerial firing.”
He further announced a cash reward for anyone who provides video evidence of individuals firing shots in Karachi’s DHA Phase 2, pledging to personally file FIRs against them.
The actor also reacted to the tragic death of an 11-month-old baby who lost his life due to aerial firing on August 14.
Sharing his thoughts, Ahsan said: “This is exactly why I strongly oppose aerial firing.
It’s heartbreaking that people don’t realize the bullet they shoot up will eventually come down and can kill, injure, or damage property.
In this case, it claimed the life of an innocent baby boy.”
Ahsan, who stepped into the industry with the 2017 drama Parchayee and film Thora Jee Le, is also known for his marriage to actress Minal Khan, his former co-star from Parchayee.
They dated shortly and tied the knot in 2021 an intimate ceremony.
Minal once opened up about her father’s support in all this.
She said that her father never doubted her judgment and always stood by her choices. Minal and Ahsan are now parents to a baby boy.
