United States has reiterated its strong support for the UN efforts to reinvigorate efforts to resolve the Syrian crises.
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo during a meeting with UN Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen in Washington also supported efforts to maintain political process in Syria.
He emphasized the importance of unhindered humanitarian access in Syria and the safe return of refugees.
