Russian Foreign Office warned to its citizens about traveling to these countries which the extradition agreement with United States.
Foreign Office particular warned that citizens who fear that they could be arrested and transferred to the United States. Russian Foreign Office said in a statement to avoid travelling abroad and especially in those countries whose extradition agreement with the U.S and if they believe that U.S low enforcement agencies have no case against them.
