European Council President Donald Tusk has asked the global community to recognize refugee crisis as a global problem.
The EU president said he would seek G7 support and commitment to increase global assistance for the immediate and long-term needs of refugees.
He said if G-7 countries do not take the lead in managing this crisis then nobody would do it.
