Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old man, has been charged with murder and abuse of a corpse, among other charges after his father was found dead inside a home in Middletown Township, Bucks County on Tuesday.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive around 7pm after reports of a decapitated body, ABC6 reported.

When they arrived, officers found the victim in his 60s dead in an upstairs bathroom, however, authorities have not confirmed the manner of death.

According to Middletown Township Police Chief Joe Bartorilla, Mohn fled in his father's vehicle.

Police have confirmed a disturbing social media video possibly linked to the investigation, revealing parts of which show Mohn claiming to have killed his father and making threats to federal officials.

In the now-deleted video, Mohn referred to his father as a "traitor" and expressed satisfaction over his death. He also revealed his father was a longtime federal employee and launched a tirade against the government and what he termed as "far-left woke mobs".

Mohr was taken into custody in Fort Indiantown Gap, about 100 miles from the crime scene while the horrific incident is being investigated.

Bartorilla said the son lived inside the home on Upper Orchard Drive in Levittown. Meanwhile, the father has not been identified.

Mohn was arraigned early Wednesday morning and is being held without bond.

Additionally, a motive for the killing is still under investigation.

Mohn has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 8 at 9am.
