    Russia’s Supreme Court designates the Azov Regiment — which has far-right and ultranationalist roots — a “terrorist” group, allowing for lengthy jail terms for its members, Russian news agencies have reported.

    Turkey’s representative at the Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) in Istanbul says the first ship carrying Ukrainian grain to world markets since Russia’s blockade was expected to anchor in Istanbul on Tuesday night.

    More than 10 million people have fled Ukraine since Russia invaded the country in late February, the UN refugee agency reports.

    Several explosions were heard overnight in the southern city of Mykolaiv, Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych said on social media.
