Pakistan will be touring New Zealand for a white-ball series in 2024 after the conclusion of their tour of Australia. The offer was presented by New Zealand Cricket (NZC) in May 2023 and has been accepted by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), according to reports.

The proposed series could comprise five T20Is or three ODI matches. Both cricket boards are in talks to finalize the series schedule which will take place after the conclusion of Pakistan’s tour of Australia which ends on January 7, 2024.

According to reports, the series could begin in the second week of January since New Zealand has a free window before its home series against South Africa in February. Notably, Pakistan last toured New Zealand for a T20I tri-series in October 2022 ahead of the T20 World Cup where they emerged victorious by beating the hosts in the final by five wickets.

The two nations have been playing a lot of cricket against each other in recent times as New Zealand have toured Pakistan twice. The Kiwis first visited the country for the Test and ODI series that began in December 2022, and later for a T20I and ODI series in April recently.
