    Sindh government has accepted the demands of protesting Government Secondary Teachers Association and notification of giving time scale to them have been issued.

    Addressing the protesting teachers in Karachi today, Sindh Minister for Education Syed Sardar Shah that he was already ready to accept logical demands of teachers.

    He said that Sindh Chief Minister has accorded approval of summary to give time scale to teachers.

    He said that Sindh Chief Minister has ordered an inquiry into the torture on teachers in Karachi yesterday. He said that a committee has been constituted to look into other demands of other teachers.

    Expressing dismay over torture on teachers in Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has sought detailed report of the incident from Secretary Home.

    According to the Spokesman of Chief Minister's House, Syed Murad Ali Shah has questioned that since he had clearly directed that no extreme action be taken than how and why this incident took place.

    He said that teachers are respectable as they teach our future generations.
