A Petition has been filed against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) nominee for president Arif Alvi claiming that he has tempered the court record.
The petitioner told the court that Arif Alvi had tempered the court record as chief justice Sindh High Court has already been ordered against Arif Alvi. He also told the court that Arif Alvi enjoys the post of chairman of Alvia Trust.
“Arif Alvi changed his stance thrice in the case which was registered against him from 1977,” he told the court adding that person involved in record tempering can’t become the president of the country.
The petitioner made the federal government, election commission and others as respondents.
