Asifa Bhutto Zardari reached Nayabad, Lyari on Sunday and paid a visit to Eight Chowk, Chakiwara and Quaid e Azam’s birth place Wazir Mansion.
Administration came into action before Asifa’s arrival and took emergency initiatives to clean the area and tried to dispose litter which had been lying for months. However, despite their utmost try, administration could not meet the ‘deadline’ and failed to clean the area.
The residents of the area lodged already compiled complaints on Asifa’s arrival. They were with the point that Benazir Bhutto (late) had undertaken various projects for the people of Lyari but no promise had been fulfilled and nor any plan had reached to completion.
