    Jirga was held under the supervision of Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali at the Shaikh Farm to settle a dispute involving the murder of three women. 

    The jirga found Abdul Qader Jamali guilty of the murders committed in 2011 two of the women were pregnant when slain. He was fined to pay 5300000 RS to complainant Aurangzaib Pathan in compensation.

    According to details, Rs1.20m would be paid for killing of each woman, Rs600,000 for each unborn and Rs500,000 for attacking Pathan’s house.

    A rivalry was developed between the Pathan and Jamali communities after the murders in 2011.

    Qader Jamali with his companions had barged into the house of Pathan and shot dead his wife Aamina, mother-in-law Naghma and wife of his brother-in-law Sadam Hussain Pathan. Qader Jamali paid Rs200,000 to the complainant at the jirga. The remaining amount will be paid in three instalments.
