Punjab government on Monday released 798 prisoners on the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan in connection with Eid-ul-Fitr.
These prisoners have completed their sentence but could not pay fine. The provincial government paid 270 million in respect of fine of these prisoners yesterday.
