The Islamabad local court has approved Maulana Abdul Aziz pre-arrest bail till February 25. Moulana Abdul Aziz has ready to pardon all characters of Lal Masjid operation including Pervez Musharraf, whereas advocate of Lal Masjid martyrs foundation said that would register case against Moulana if he did so.
However prayer leader of Lal Masjid Maulana Abdul Aziz was appeared before the Court of Additional Session Judge Raja Asif Mehmood in connection of pre-arrest bail in two registered cases against threats and provocative speeches.
The court has granted bail till February 25 in exchange of Rs 50,000 surety bonds each in two cases. On this occasion while talking to media Maulana said that was ready to pardon all Lal Masjid characters including Pervez Musharraf saying it would soon formally announce after making minds of one or two people of family.
He further stated that Pervez Musharraf is also my Muslim brother adding that will forgive him from consultation.
On the other side Tariq Asad, advocate of Lal Masjid martyrs foundation said while announcing opposition by Maulana Abdul Aziz forgiveness that if Maulana forgave Lal Masjid’s characters then would register case against Maulana Abdul Aziz.
