    Anti-corruption authorities have registered a case against 8 important personalities for allegedly taking bribes and appointments in Punjab.

    According to the anti-corruption authorities, Ibrahim Manika, the son of former first lady Bushra Bibi, has also been named as an accused among the 8 important personalities who have been charged.

    Anti-corruption authorities have said that this case has also been registered against Bushra Bibi's friend Farah Gogi and former Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

    Anti-corruption officials say that former bureaucrat Tahir Khurshid, Saleha Saeed, Khawaja Sohail, Ahmed Aziz Tarar and Usman Muazzam are also accused in this case.

    Anti-corruption officials have said that a case of bribery has been registered at the police station of anti-corruption headquarter after a long inquiry.

    According to the anti-corruption officials, these 8 suspects took huge bribes and gave the officers their desired posts across the province.

    Anti-corruption officials also say that teams have been formed to arrest the accused, who are expected to be arrested soon.
