Following the International Court of Justice ruling, Pakistan has announced to grant the consular access to Indian espionage Kulbhushan Jadhav.
The spokesperson Foreign office Dr Faisal announced that Pakistan has decided to give consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav and he was apprised about his right in this connection.
“However the procedure for consular access being drafted,” he said in a statement.
