Former prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf along with six other accused were indicted on Friday in connection with their alleged involvement in the multi-billion-rupee Rental Power Projects (RPPs) scandal.
Ex-PM Ashraf, who denied the charges, was specifically charged in connection with alleged corruption in Neudero Power Project.
The court has now summoned evidences from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on February 4, 2014.
The hearing was adjourned till February 4, 2014.
Last month, NAB had filed a supplementary reference against Ashraf in connection with his involvement in the multi-billion-rupee Rental Power Projects scandal.
