    Prime Minister Imran Khan has invited Pakistanis living in Malaysia to invest in Pakistan.

    Addressing Pakistanis living in Malaysia, PM Imran said that very soon Pakistan will have better governance structure.

    The premier urged the Pakistani diaspora in Malaysia to send remittances through legal channel and help the country financially.

    Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Pakistanis settled in Malaysia send remittances home, which help in running the country.

    He further said that the current government’s priority is to get investments from abroad.

    He said that the Pakistan’s ambassador to Malaysia worked tirelessly for his country’s sake.

    PM Imran said that Pakistan needs to improve its governance as it has immense potential.

    He further said that nobody could do money laundering in Malaysia, which is quite unlike the case in Pakistan.

    “We will make money laundering very difficult for people in Pakistan,” vowed the PM, adding that he is getting details now of those attempting to send money abroad illegally.

    Pakistan and Malaysia on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the partial abolition of visa between the two countries.

    Prime Minister Imran Khan and Malaysian PM Dr Mahathir Mohamad witnessed the signing of the Partial Visa Abolishment Agreement (PVAA) which will reinforce the positive momentum in the bilateral relationship by broadening contact at the officials’ level between the two countries.

    “FM Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Malaysian Home Minister Tan Sri Dato Haji Muhyiddin signed the MoU on Partial Abolition on Visa Requirement, in the presence of PM Imran Khan and Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad,” Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal tweeted.
