Commander US forces in Afghanistan, Gen John F. Campbell on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif at GHQ Rawalpindi, the military said in a statement.
During the meeting, affairs of mutual interest and regional security came under discussion with particular emphasis on coordination along Pak – Afghan border, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The two commanders also exchanged their views on Afghan reconciliation process.
Commander Resolute Support Mission and United States Forces – Afghanistan, General John F. Campbell was accompanied by acting SRAP Mr Jarrett Blanc.
