Opposition leader in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah on Saturday has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan does not need to apologize as making demands was his right.

He expressed these views while talking to the media in the capital.

Shah said that commission’s conclusion was obvious to him all through the process. Had Khan presented Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) stance before inquiry commission, the result would have been different, he added.

He said that making demands over his reservations was Khan’s right.

While talking about the flood affectees, he said that PPP stands with the flood-affected families. He said that he had to visit Chitral today but could not because of bad weather. As soon as weather turns to normal, he would pay a visit to affected families, he added.

Shah said that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would also pay a visit to affectees. While commenting on former chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry he said that PPP welcomes new faces in politics.

Former president Pervez Musharraf should also be made a part of political scenario, he added.
