United States Ambassador to Pakistan Richard Olson called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Monday.
Matters relating to Pakistan-US relations with particular reference to the upcoming expected visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry came under discussion.
Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar and Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi also attended the meeting.
Kerry is likely to visit Pakistan for a strategic dialogue between the two countries.
