Pakistan says India's use of a nuclear-capable missile during the recent clash, has made the regional situation precarious for future conflicts.
In an interview with Bloomberg in Washington, Head of high-level visiting Pakistani delegation, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed the concern that India's use of nuclear capable missile has lowered the threshold for a military conflict in case of a future conflict.
He expressed Pakistan's concern that in case of a next conflict, both countries are likely to climb the escalation ladder too quickly for any international partner to intervene.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari emphasized the principled stance that both Indian and Pakistan should engage in a comprehensive dialogue.
He said Modi government's so-called new normal which we call an abnormal -is that if there's a terrorist attack anywhere in India, or in Indian illegally occupied Kashmir, there is no need for even a shred of evidence; just make an accusation, and launch into full-blown war with Pakistan.
Up next from Washington and New York, the Pakistani delegation is expected to visit European capitals, including London and Brussels.
