    The Pakistan Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory predicting snowfall in the surrounding mountains and rain showers in the city itself from Sunday to Tuesday.

    According to their projections, residents and travelers can expect snowfall in the mountainous regions and rainfall in the cities.

    Starting from Sunday through Tuesday, the Meteorological Department anticipates rain showers in Islamabad and Balochistan, while snowfall is expected in the upper areas.

    Dr. Zaheer, the Director of Weather Forecasting at SAT, emphasized that the capital city of Islamabad and the surrounding Potohar region will experience cloudy weather throughout these days, with intermittent rain showers.

    Additionally, tourists planning trips to destinations such as Murree and Galiyat should prepare for snowy conditions, as per the forecast.

    In light of these weather predictions, the Meteorological Department advises travelers to make thorough preparations before embarking on any journeys, ensuring they are equipped to handle the anticipated weather conditions.
