  • Imran Khan’s son urges Pakistanis to vote for PTI in election

Former prime minister Imran Khan’s sons urged Pakistanis to vote for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the election – slated for February 8.

“Tomorrow’s a huge day for Pakistan. Your vote is important. As soon as you’re able to, please post a photo or video saying “I voted PTI” with the hashtag #votePTI to show your support!,” Kasim Khan wrote in a post on X.

The 12th general elections, after months of delay, are set for tomorrow (Thursday) with PTI out of the election race as a party after the Supreme Court verdict on its iconic ‘bat’ election symbol.

The post also carried a photo of him and his brother Sulaiman Khan holding a PTI flag.

Khan’s former wife Jemima Goldsmith also reposted the post which showed the two holding a PTI flag.

It is pertinent to mention that the incarcerated PTI founder stands disqualified from holding office after his conviction in a graft case.
