    Water level continues to increase in river Ravi leading to warnings from the National Disaster Management authority, asking for people in low lying areas to be evacuated to safety.

    Rains to continue in Sindh, 8 dead
    Met Office said that the temperature in Karachi would reach a high of 32-34 degrees and fall to 28 degrees at the lowest. Winds of 4km/h are also expected.

    Elsewhere in Sindh, Thatt, Badin, Kandhkot, Tando Muhammad Khan and Larkana received heavy rainfall on Monday. Water entered houses in Badin after torrential rainfall, leading to atleast four deaths.

    In Shikarpur, heavy rainfall caused a house roof to collapse leading to the deaths of three daughters of a family. A roof collapse killed a woman in Shahdadkot as well

    Heavy rains in Punjab
    Authorities said that Punjab received heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours, with Okara receiving a province-high of 143mm rain. Kasur received 106 mm of rain, Rawalpindi received 70mm Islamabad recorded 25mm of rain.

    Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
    Met Office said that rains would continue across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday. On Monday, Balakot received 16mm, Kakul receive 14mm, Parachinar receive 6mm while Kalam receive 5mm of rain.

    In Mansehra, a house’s wall collapsed leading to the deaths of three people, while two were injured.
