Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has shown interest in buying telecom company World Call which has also given a green signal to the PTCL.
Replying to letter written by PTCK World Call has said that its directors have seriously reviewed PTCL’s offer and its board of directors will announce the strategy for formal talks with the PTCL administration soon.
According to World Call an important meeting will also be held to seek approval from all the shareholders before World Call’s sale.
