As three years emergency plan have been proposed by administrative committee of national economic council for complete eradicate of polio from Country.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has presided the ECNEC meeting in Islamabad, in the meeting Rs 31.81bn projects regarding eradication polio have approved. Whereas worth of rupees 8.78bn programme for creating economic opportunities in Punjab has approved in the meeting, from which one lakh forty five thousand people belonging to agriculture sector would get benefit.
According to sources hydro-power project worth of Rs 20.8bn has also approved. From the project 128 Mega Watt electricity shall be produced projects of supply of water in Thar Coal field worth of Rs 15.65 bn and Dams to be built in Balochistan have proposed.
