The federal government has increased the prices of petrol and diesel for September 11 (Friday).
The price of petrol has been increased by Rs3.05 per litre to reach Rs370.80 per litre. The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) had also been increased by Rs5.37 to reach Rs398.04.
Earlier on Wednesday, the government had increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs3.40 and Rs6.72 per litre, respectively, with the revised rates taking effect from September 10.
According to a press release issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased from Rs364.35 to Rs367.75 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel had risen from Rs385.95 to Rs392.67 per litre.
