Chinese authorities say three people have been injured by a small explosion at the check-in area of Shanghai's Pudong airport Sunday.
The airport's management said on its microblog that the blast occurred at 2:20 pm (0620 GMT) in the airport's T2 check-in area and appeared to have been caused by some sort of home-made explosive.
It said the three people had been taken to a hospital but gave no word about their condition, adding there was no disruption to flights in or out of the busy airport.
