Arab League chief has rejected an Israeli offer for direct negotiations at a meeting of Arab League foreign ministers.
Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi has described Israel as a bastion of fascism and racial discrimination.
In his speech at a meeting of Arab League foreign ministers in Cairo to discuss a French Middle East peace initiative, he rejected an Israeli offer for direct negotiations instead of the French multilateral peace initiative.
He blamed Israel for stalling the talks.
Negotiations between the Israelis and Palestinians have been at a standstill since a US-led initiative collapsed in 2014.
