The Election Commission issued the schedule for the by-election on PS-7 Ghuotki as the polling will be held on March 05.
According to the EC notification the nomination papers of candidates will be received on January 19 and 21, names of the candidates will be released on January 22 while the scrutiny of the papers will be done on January 28.
The petition against the acceptance or rejection of nomination papers can be filed on February 01 as appellate authority will decide the petitions on February 07. The candidates can withdrawal their nomination papers till February 09 and the final list of the candidates will pasted on the same day.
The electoral symbol will be allotted on February 10 while the polling will be held on March 05.
The EC has also issued the notification of appointment of district returning and assistant returning officials.
