Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif is mulling over contesting general elections 2018 from as many as three constituencies of Karachi.

As per details garnered, the former Punjab chief minister (CM) has obtained nomination papers for the same whereas PML-N’s parliamentary board has ratified the decision.

The junior Sharif will contest elections from NA-248, NA-249 and NA-250. Besides, PML-N president will also contest elections from Lahore’s NA-132, DG Khan’s NA-132 and Swat’s NA-3.

Meanwhile, Sharif appeared before the party’s parliamentary board and regretted that party had made a delayed entry in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh. To this, ousted premier and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif replied that only those leaders had defected the party who did not have devotion to the party’s cause.

On the other hand, Maryam Nawaz and Hamza Shehbaz also appeared before the parliamentary board.
