Customs court on Tuesday fined Pakistani model and singer Ayyan Ali a sum of $506,800, which is the exact amount of money she tried to smuggle out of the country but was apprehended at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport.
Custom collectorate Mohammad Ali Raza concluded the court case of the model by asking her to submit a fine worth the same amount which she tried to smuggle out of the country.
The court while announcing the decision of the case stated that Ayyan did not report to the court despite numerous summonses.
Two companions of Ayyan were also fined one hundred thousand rupees each by the court.
