Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan approached the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court to cancel the search warrant of the house. The court issued notices and sought answers from the parties.
According to the text of the application, the police obtained a search warrant from the Anti-Terrorism Court on May 18.
The PTI chairman has taken the stand in the petition that the search warrants were obtained by the police and others on the basis of malice.
In the petition, it is requested that the court declare the search warrant issued on May 18 as null and void.
