BANNU: Unknown men kidnapped 25 labourers from District Bannu of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Monday.
According to police, the incident took place near Mandan Gate area of Bannu three days ago when unknown men riding in cars came from South Waziristan and tempted the labourers sitting along the road by offering Rs 1000 per day wage in the North Waziristan.
The witnesses, who were present at the scene, told that 25 labourers agreed to go with the men while the relatives of the abducted workers told that they went to Waziristan to search their missing members but could not find anything.
The political authorities of the area have confirmed the kidnapping incident.
