    Pakistani showbiz stars, sportsmen and other prominent personalities sprang to action, following Prime Minister Imran Khan's call to observe Kashmir Hour on Friday, in solidarity with the Kashmiri people in the occupied valley.


    In a series of tweets PM Imran had asked all Pakistanis to come out on Friday noon to express solidarity with the oppressed kashmiris.

    Several celebrities and renowned personalities responded to the tweet, vowing to come out in support.

    Renowned actor Shaan Shahid urged people to respond to the PM's call for Kashmir Hour.

     


    Fellow actor Humayun Saeed also asked people to raise their voice against injustice and violence through the prime minister's call for occupied Kashmir.

     

    Host and actor Fakhr-e-Alam announced that he will be a part of the protest and urged others to join him tomorrow at noon.

     

    Singer and activist Shehzad Roy said that he will be with 2,500 female students at SMB Fatima Jinnah Government Girls School and College.

     

    Well-known cricketers Shahid Afridi and Ahmed Shahzad also tweeted in favour of the PM's call.

     


    Ahmad Shahzad said in his tweet: " On 6 Sep I will visit home of a Shaheed. That would b the least I can do to show my solidarity."

     

    In his tweet PM Imran had said: "I want all Pakistanis to come out tomorrow 12-12.30 pm to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people and send the Kashmiris in IOK a clear message that the entire Pakistani nation stands in solidarity with them & against Indian fascist oppression."
