    The Chief Court of Gilgit-Baltistan disqualified Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid in the fake degree case. The Chief Court of Gilgit-Baltistan has declared Chief Minister GB Khalid Khurshid ineligible after completing the arguments of the lawyers of the parties in the fake degree case.

    Ghulam Shahzad Agha, a member of Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly, filed a case against Khalid Khurshid, which was heard by a three-judge bench of the Chief Court on a day-to-day basis.

    The degree of Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan was from London but it was not verified by the University of London.
